2009 GFC 之Deep Dip 蕃薯篇

Dear Friends, Brothers and Sisters,

Exciting, Exciting, Exciting!! Thank you so much for joining us on the Grace Fun Camp. We thank our Lord for this opportunity so that we can get to spend some times together to strengthen our friendships, and to share all that our God provides us. We're sure that we will have lots of fun! So here is some info. about this camp. IMPORTANT: we will be meeting at Vine Campus on Friday Evening 9/25/2009 at 6:00pm!

Camp Site: New Jersey Christian Academy
Camp Date: 9/25/2009-9/27/2009(Fri-Sun)

The following are suggested things to bring:

1. Sleeping bag & pillow
2. Shoes/拖鞋
3. Change of clothing
4. Soap & Shampoo
5. Towel
6. Toothbrush & toothpaste
7. Personal medicine (if need)
8. Enough cloth in case it’s cold(jacket)
9. Heart and Love
10. Laptop(we found out the camp site has internet, but members are only allow using Laptop during Free time - after 9:30pm)

8/22/2009 Grace Fun Day Trip

Dear Friends, Brothers, and Sisters,

This is just a reminder that this Friday, the 21st, Grace Fellowship will NOT have fellowship. But instead, the day after that, Saturday 8/22/2009 Grace will have a Fun Day Trip. We will go to Fairmount Park which near Philadelphia Art of Museum. We will go there ride bicycle or take a walk or you could "Row Row Row a boat". For rent a bicycle, it cost around $10 per hour. Please remember that we will be meeting in Vine Campus at 10:00 am and leave by 10:15 am.

Place: Philadelphia Fairmount Park

8/8 Mitsuwa Japanese Food Trip

This is just a reminder that this Friday, the 7th, Grace Fellowship will NOT have fellowship. But instead, the day after that, Saturday 8/8/2009 Grace will have a Mitsuwa Japanese Food Trip. 6/20 Church Carnival

This is just a reminder that this Friday, the 19th, Grace Fellowship will NOT have fellowship. But instead, the day after that, Saturday 6/20/2009 is our Church Carnival. Church Carnival will begin at 6PM, feel free to bring your family or friends to come. Also, We still need some helpers for cook fish ball and sell fish ball, feel free to come to church around 3pm to 4pm if you want to help.

Also,Grace will have fruit packing event on 6/27/2009 (Saturday). If you didn't sign up last Friday, next Wednesday (6/24/2009) is the last day for signing up.

1/16 Resolution Night

How's 2009 so far? Hope that we're all starting off well with the blessings from our Lord, Jesus Christ! This Friday, 1/16, Grace Fellowship will have a wonderful "2009 resolution night". 1) Was there any item(s) that you've failed in your resolution before in your life?
2) Think about 1-3 items that you would like to plan to accomplish / finish / change by the end of 2009. (that can be something such as reading a book, correcting bad habit...etc.)

7/19 Ng Wai Yee's Workshop

For this week, Grace Fellowship will be joining Church this Saturday, 7/19 in Spring Campus, to attending Ng Wai Yee's workshop.
There are 2 sessions for this meeting:
1st session: 3pm-5pm
Dinner: 6pm-7pm
2nd session: 7pm-9pm

These sessions' topics will be 'How to Look at Old Testament from the New Testament'. Please note that Grace will not provide dinner that night, so please eat out with other Grace members.

6/14 Fruit Picking

Dear Friends, Brothers, and Sisters,
How is everyone doing lately? Although it has been really hot for the past couple of days, we praised God for giving us a little cooler weather this coming Saturday. Grace Fellowship will have fruit picking this coming Saturday, June 14, 2008. For those who signed up for this event, please meet in Vine Campus Sat at 9:45am. After fruit picking, we will be going to Daniel and Helen's house for lunch. If you are under 18 yrs old, please sign and return the parental form, we won't be able to let you go if you don't have the form by Saturday. More information in the following section:

4/19 Longwood Garden Trip

Dear Friends, Brothers, and Sisters,
Please notice that this Friday, the 18th, Grace Fellowship will NOT have fellowship. But instead, the day after that, Saturday 4/19/2008, We will be going to Longwood Garden trip. If you have not signed up yet, or would like to bring additional friends, please sign up or sign them up by emailing Randy with CTW1983@yahoo.com by THURSDAY . If you are under 18, please also ask Randy to email you a Parental form in the email, and return it with your parent's signature to Alexis/Daniel on Saturday. We would be appreciated if you could sign up or bring the parental form by deadline since we have to arrange rides. Sorry for the inconvenience but please also note that, if you fail to sign up by Thurs, or return the signed parental form by Saturday, then you will not be able to go.

8/24 Ice-Skating

This coming Friday, 8/24, Grace Fellowship will be going to have a Ice-Skating events. Everyone is welcome to join us. We will start off having dinner together at 6:30pm, in Vine Street Campus. 7/14 Fellowship Crossover Nite

This Saturday (7/14) is Fellowship Crossover Night at
our Spring Campus (Spring Street and 10th Street). All
our Cantonese fellowship groups will join the event.
It is a great opportunity to get to know some new
friends from different fellowships. We will have
songs, games and lots of fun. Grace Fellowship will
also do a short presentation and need your
participation. The dinner will start at 6pm, and the
program at 7pm.

6/23 Church Carnival

Dear Friends, Brothers, and Sisters,
This Saturday, 6/23, from 4pm-8pm, is our 53rd Church Carnival. The place is at our Spring Campus Playground (Spring and 10th Street). There will be lots of fun, games and food. No matter what ages you are, you would love it. Please come and join us!

It is also a very good opportunity for us to meet and serve the community in the Carnival. For that we need people to oversee the game booths and the food court. If you would like to help out, please contact us. Thank you!!
